Rental Coordinator agent – Truck Rental
National Logistics and truck rental company based in Montague Gardens is seeking to employ a rental coordinator / agent to join their team
This position would suit a candidate with 1-3 years experience within a similar position
Main requirements
Grade 12
Relevant experience
Duties, but not limited to:
Assisting with Quotes
Assisting with Site Agent duties
Daily / Monthly Filling
Answering Telephone
Fuel Reconciliation, Maintenance control
Generate Orders and GRV’s
Daily Fleet Check
Attendance Register
Control of vehicle servicing and breakdowns
Maintain good working relationship with customers and staff
Generating rental agreements accurately
Assisting with Bookings & reservations
Update Booking & collection board
Processing of fuel for revenue, non - revenue & staff fuel accurately on a daily basis
Ensure that vehicles are checked in on time with accurate kilometres
Monitoring of non-revenue kilometres & accurate capturing thereof
Correct allocations & calculations of all E-toll transactions
Action deliveries & collections of vehicles
Ensuring that all supplier invoices are handed over for signature & submitted to head office on time
Managing driver hire & liaising with driver hire companies
Manage driver time sheets
Obtaining monthly kilometres for month end
Assisting in updating client cards when quoted
Manage traffic fines & the correct allocations thereof
Issuing of fuel slips
