A well-established real estate agency based in Durbanville is seeking to employ a hands-on Rental Agent with industry experience. This person will be responsible to manage the company’s rentals department.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements and Characteristics:
  • At least 2 years’ experience in the industry.
  • Must have excellent administration skills.
  • Must be organized and able to stick to deadlines.
  • Able to work in a pressurized environment.
  • Detail orientated.
  • Able to prioritize tasks.
  • A sales driven person.
  • Have a passion for real estate.
  • Able to work after hours. 
  • Matric. 
  • Computer literate.
  • Own transport is essential.
