Rental Administrator/Personal Assistant, Centurion

One of our clients within the Property Rental market, are looking for a candidate that is willing to grow with the company, and a candidate that is willing to be a Personal Assistant to the Director, and a Rental Administrator at the same time. You will be working from their home offices at the moment, as they are waiting for their offices to be finalized at the moment.
Must be able to start immediately, as you must be trained by the current Rental Administrator that is leaving the company by end of June.
Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- Own Transport
- NON-SMOKER
- Presentable and well-spoken (As you will be seeing clients)
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Experience within the property industry as a Rental Administrator will be to your advantage
- Needs to be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Will be loading listings online (Advertising of properties and handling of enquiries)
- Seeing clients for new rentals, or arranging that Rental Agents see clients
- Typing of contracts/Rental Agreements for new clients
- Preparation of lease applications & lease agreements
- Debtor and creditor accounts administration
- Liaising with tenants, service providers
- Day-to-day admin around company''s rentals
- Property inspections – before and after tenants move in and out
- Banking for Director
- Taking care of all the general office administration and day-to-day operations
- Keeping workplace neat and tidy
- Personal Assistant duties for Director
