JOB DESCRIPTION:

A large and ever-growing production company is looking for the skills and knowledge within Human Resources and Compensation area to assist in streamlining and ensuring all aspects of new hires and current staff are handled correctly and timeously.

HR Degree or Diploma (or Financial degree will be acceptable)
Minimum 3 - 5 years experience within a similar role
Assessing Job duties and responsibilities for new and current staff
Gathering market data and trends with regards to salaries, role descriptions, interim adjustments etc
Employee benefits experience
Able to negotiate at various levels within the company
ADVANCED Excel skills required - NON-NEGOTIABLE
