A Digital Agency whose team are consistently recognised and awarded for their work (testament to the high calibre of Developers, investment and training provided) are looking for a skilled Developer with strong PHP skills to join their growing development team. The perfect opportunity to work on a range of really exciting projects, modern technologies at a really stable and rewarding organisation.
They have been running successfully now for many years and have a number of really high-profile clients, they have a very healthy pipeline of work and as a result are looking to expand their current development team.
We''ve actually helped the company find a few members of the Development team and heard great things first hand. They are a really passionate and friendly bunch, and ideally looking for a similar fit. They work on a really varied list of projects, it''s truly an environment where no two days could be the same, and definitely somewhere that would keep you busy and interested for years to come.
Project wise, they do all sorts of interesting things from websites and mobile apps to complex bespoke applications- in other words, plenty for you to get stuck into.
Tech - wise, their Developers work across the full - stack so you''d ideally have good JavaScript skills too!
They predominately work with PHP, Symfony, JavaScript and WordPress, so experience with this technology would be handy - however they are open to .NET Developers and/or other PHP frameworks (Laravel, Zend, CakePHP etc).
They are looking for a motivated Developer that can keep up with the pace of their current requirements, they love a challenge and really put a twist on your standard agency environment. On occasion there may be opportunities that you speak with clients so are looking for confident individuals that feel comfortable translating technical to business.
You''ll ideally have strong experience with the following;
** PHP & MySQL
** PHP Frameworks (Laravel, Symfony or Zend etc)
** JavaScript Skills
** Front-end tools (HTML, CSS)
Experience with the following is highly desirable;
** C#, .NET
** AWS
** DevOps tools
** Agency experience
They are based in Scotland, but being a low bureaucracy environment, with no red tape to content with, they trust in you to from home.
For these roles the company are offering a strong salary (£30k - £45k depending on experience) + benefits, and the opportunity to keep up to date with the latest tech on the market and even pick up some really niche skills too.
