SUMMARY:
Our client, a New York based BPO with globally located Hospitality Contact Centres - is urgently seeking to employ remote (working from home) Hotel Reservations Contact Centre PBX Operators with Opera experience:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Non negotiable Equipment Requirements:

Stable and uncapped Fibre internet (25-50 mbps up- and download speeds) is a pre-requisite (not WiFi LTE connections)
Desktop or Laptop, Windows 10 or Apple Mac operating systems (no Chromebooks) 4-8GB Ram
USB Headphone a must
Backup Generator or UPS for Load shedding (4-6 hours power load)

Minimum requirements:

Gr 12 / Matric qualification
MS Office and relevant online reservations' systems - must have Opera PMS experience
Native English speaker (no foreign accent should be audible)
4-10 years Hotel Reservationist / Front desk experience required
Must have worked with `high-end’ clients, excellent Guest liaison experience
Must work as per (6) hour time difference (New York vs SA); implies working non-interrupted 8 hour shifts 24/7, weekends included - flexible to stand in and work additional hours when requested
Should be able to start immediately or within one week of screening interview
