Our client in Century City is looking for a mature, professional Relocation Manager, with excellent written and verbal skills to head up the launch of its Relocation Division. Successful candidates must be able to work in an extremely fast-paced environment and must be willing to work overtime (if required).
This exciting position will expose the successful candidate to opportunities that exist in the Immigration and Relocations market and will undoubtedly be a thrilling and stimulating undertaking. It is pertinent to add that the position will require an entrepreneurial mindset and expectation in that the successful applicant will need to create the division from scratch and build their own income using the tools and framework that exists within the business already.
Duties and responsibilities:
- To grow our relocation division from scratch
- To develop methods and processes that ensure the structural integrity and growth of the division
- To establish new relationships with institutions and partners around the world
- To develop new relationships with relocation service providers
- To assist in building marketing for the division
- To build training material for our consultants to use to sell our relocation services
- To work closely with the CEO of the company in growing the division
General requirements:
2-3 years’ experience in Relocation
- Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Bachelor''s Degree in Business, Management, or related field advantageous
Unblemished track record and MUST demonstrate evidence of previous successes and ability to achieve targets
Training will be provided
Start time: 08:00am, finish time 16:00
