POSITION INFO:

Client based in Johannesburg North seeks the services of Regulatory/Monitoring Analyst for the duration of 12 months.

Description: The role supports the head of regulatory reporting with the implementation of BCBS239 for the regulatory reports identified as key reports.

Â

This will include:Â

Support the South Africa Finance team in the development and implementation of the required deliverables under the local BCBS 239 Playbook;
â€¢ Day to day SME and Project management of the BCBS 239 activity with South Africa Finance team;
â€¢ Liaise with relevant areas within the bank in relation to their relevant areas of responsibilities for the BCBS 239 plan relating to the regulatory reports;
â€¢ Assist with the preparation of written and presentation responses to regulatory requests and exams;
â€¢ Support with the programme scope prioritization and enhancement of Board/ Senior Management Metrics;
â€¢ Provide SME input and attendance at the Working Group and SteerCoâ€™s as required; and
â€¢ Where there is extra capacity to assist the regulatory reporting team with all reporting aspects to the SA Reserve Bank as well as JSE.

Experience/qualification:

Experience in BCBS239 or in Regulatory Reporting in general preferred
