POSITION INFO:
My client a leading and well known manufacturing company based in Epping Industria needs an experienced and qualified Regulatory Scientist to join their team.
Please note that this is a Fixed Term 12 Month Contract
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum B.Sc. Degree in Chemistry or Equivalent Qualification in Chemistry.
Good knowledge of chemistry (Analytical and Organic).
Minimum 1to 3 years experience in Pharmaceutical, GMP or Chemical Manufacturing Environment.
Proven experience in compilation of documents would be advantageous.
Computer Literacy MS Office, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, Access etc.
SA Citizens only
Must be Criminal clear

Good communication (written and verbal) in English with excellent report writing and document reviewing skills, including the ability to critically evaluate data.

JOB FUNCTIONS
Compilation and update of documents to be submitted to Regulatory Authorities. This includes compilation of Common Technical Documents.
Compilation, update and/or amendment of internal documentation relating to testing and manufacture of APIs. This includes the production and cleaning instructions.
Compilation of process qualification protocols and reports.
Implementation of changes in accordance with company procedures relating to the testing and manufacturing process.
Investigating, evaluating and reporting on process performance and changes.
Ensuring that annual product quality reviews are compiled according to GMP requirements and improvements identified.
Ensuring that related databases are updated to allow for the capturing of API data.
