Requirements

Matric

NQF level 6 Diploma in Business/Public Administration or related subjects

3 years working experience with 2 years in an administrative environment

Proficiency in: Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power-Point and Outlook

Duties:

Adhere to the approved Operational plans and workflow processes for the business unit.

Achieve set quality standards and support the Assistant Manager in handling audits.

Adhere to set turnaround time in processing of applications.

Handle registration queries and complaints.

Offer administrative support to all assigned working groups.

Provide feedback to virtual panel of assessors, reviewers and moderators.

Ensure compliance with policies.
