POSITION INFO:

Full time Nights position available - 33 hours per week
We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our highly skilled general nursing team to work Nights. Our Registered Nurse teams are highly skilled and trained to deliver specialist and complex nursing care and have significant experience with tracheostomy, PEG care, wound management and the provision of end of life care. The full-time support we provide is flexible and designed to help build skills, inspire confidence and encourage people to live more independently. We work directly with each individual to develop a personalised support programme based on their needs, wishes and aspirations. This includes personal care, health & wellbeing programmes, community engagement, enablement, volunteering & activities and respite services.
