a Private Hospital in Pretoria is looking for a a skillful Registered NICU Nurse with BCUR + additional Neonatal or ICU Qualification that can join their dynamic team of experts urgently!!!

POSITION INFO:

 Overview

Salary: R30 000 - R40 000 depending on experience and qualifications

Location: Pretoria

Registered Nurse NICU with BCur Degree + Neonatal or ICU Qualification

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver comprehensive and quality patient care to meet the health needs of patients in NICU.
• Ensure a therapeutic and safe patient environment by maintaining health and safety standards and comply with infection prevention and control policy.
• Prevent, report and manage medico legal risks.
• Extensive knowledge of modern nursing care principles and practices in the highly specialised field of the intensive care nursing.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Registered with the South African Nursing Council as a Professional Nurse.
• BCur Degree + ICU or Neonatal Qualification
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a NICU – essential.
• Preferably trained in ICU with a diploma in critical care as a minimum.
• Must be willing to work shifts as required by unit.
