JOB DESCRIPTION:

Main job responsibilities:

Assess, evaluate and monitor patient’s progress
Identify any changes in the patient’s medical condition and alert doctor
Administering medications
Update the doctor and patients family about the patients progress
Provide emotional support to patient and family members
Setting up and monitor medical equipment and devises ie: ventilators etc.
Maintain accurate patient records

Qualification & Work experience:
Nursing Diploma or Degree
Diploma in Critical Care (1-year) essential
SANC registered
minimum of 2 years working experience in adult ICU units
Computer literate
Good communication skills
Dedicated and reliable
