An opportunity has arisen with our client in the manufacturing sector for a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years' post graduate experience. Position based in Gqeberha.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Medical Surveillance Monitoring, planning and implementation
First Aid
IOD monitoring and management. Capturing on RMA
Chronic care monitoring
Return to work interviews
Assist with Disability Claims
Monitor pregnant employees including doing their risk assessments
Drug Testing
Stock control
Equipment monitoring, monthly checks

Requirements:

Nursing diploma
Minimum 5 years post graduate experience
Experience in occupational health
A registered Professional Nurse in good standing (not a staff nurse)
Must be comfortable with IOD and Emergency treatment
Must have good Excel and PC experience
Able to work well under pressure
Must be prepared to complete an assessment and interview process
Have to be willing to work when needed over different shifts i.e. absenteeism, extra medical prep work etc.
