SUMMARY:
Registered Domiciliary Care Manager required in Surry UK
POSITION INFO:
Reports to Business Operations Manager.
To become registered and maintain registration with The Care Quality
Commission for England (CQC) as the Registered Manager of our clients facility
To take responsibility for the general care
management and delivery of care services by our client in (Central Surrey)
this may require undertaking on-call duties evenings and weekends.
Work closely with the Business Operations Manager with achieving the
organisational KPIs.
Carry out specific projects within a service, or more generally for
the organisation, as specified by the Business Operations Manager.
Act as a role model for staff in embodying and embedding the
our clients Core Values. Form and maintain open and
constructive relationships with all who have either an interest, or
statutory duty, to ensure good practice including clients,
relatives/carers, staff, volunteers, commissioners, Local Authorities,
referring agencies, and health agencies.
Quickly identify problems and develop action plans for their remedy.
Have the necessary knowledge and understanding of social care and
health issues and their association with external agencies &
stakeholders (e.g. CCG, LA)
Manage financial plans/budgets and possesses a sound knowledge of
financial planning/budget setting.
Manage ‘individual contracts’ for care provision
