SUMMARY:
A new position has opened up for a Brand Manager for both KZN and Eastern Cape. This position will entail extensive travelling and hospitality hours. Your office would be based close to Durban however extensive time will be spent on the road.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A new position has opened up for a Brand Manager for both KZN and Eastern Cape. This position will entail extensive travelling and hospitality hours. Your office would be based close to Durban however extensive time will be spent on the road.

 

Minimum requirements:

  • Valid licence
  • Comfortable travelling and sleeping out if necessary
  • Matric
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the food industry
  • Previous experience dealing with franchisees
  • Able to manage staff

 

Good understanding of:

  • Training
  • Gross profit and food costs

 

Duties:

  • Operations (audits, addressing problematic stores, hygiene, compliance)
  • Reporting
  • Franchisee development
  • Overseeing warehousing and logistics
  • Project management
  • Identifying new business opportunities

 

 

Salary: R 45 000 to R 52 000 depending on experience. Company petrol and vehicle.
