Regional Visual Manager

POSITION INFO:

he successful candidate will be based in East London and will fulfil the support function for all stores nationally. The business has 85 stores and is increasing at a rapid pa.

Synopsis:

• National Visual Merchandiser is to contribute creative thoughts to promote products, conceptualize and implement focal statements to store operations.
• Implement displays that show a flare for fashion and garment co-ordination and are in line with category sales contributors and seasonal trends interpreted by the customer profile.
• Work as part of a team and groom staff to ensure a high level of attention to detail is applied in stores.
• Ensure deadlines are met in accordance with directives received from Head Office.

Must have requirements:

• Matric
• Post Matric qualification is advantageous
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role Clothing retail experience is a requisite

• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to use own initiative
• Good attention to detail
• Excellent creative skills Excellent communication Skills
• A proven ability to manage staff and ensure maximum productivity ï‚· Valid Driver’s License – Code 8 unendorsed ï‚· Computer literate: Microsoft Office
