SUMMARY:
Experienced Regional Technical Advisor required for well known and stable Commercial Vehicle Company

POSITION INFO:

Key Performance Areas:

Technical advisory assistance to Branches, Dealers and clients.
Develop and maintain good relationships with Branches & Dealerships
Assisting in creating tenders.
Attending Technical Meetings.
Liaison between customers and National Aftersales Manager.
Conduct analysis of failures and provide necessary technical reports with relevant recommendations on how to reduce failures.
Ensure compliance with internal and external audits.
Maintain and monitor maintenance operating processes and procedures (Bulletins)
Sound knowledge of SHEQ policies & procedures.
In depth knowledge of current maintenance practices on trucks.
Knowledge of the Road Traffic Act.
Will be required to travel from time to time.
Sound reporting skills

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12
3- 4 years in similar role
Good understanding of the job
Read and write English
Confident and proactive approach
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook.
Knowledge of the Road Traffic Act.
5 Years Technical Knowledge
Trade Certificate
Mechanical Engineer Qualification / equivalent qualification
