SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manger to service the Natal region for a well-established accessories business. A strong leader with good communication, a sales driven mind that endeavours to ensure profitability and meeting set targeted goals.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:
Staff Management
  • Run Meetings with Sales Reps and Merchandisers
  • Train and develop staff
  • Monthly staff reviews and quarterly appraisals
  • Recruit, Organise and Approve staff holidays and roasters thereof
  • Establish performance goals for each employee and Daily/Monthly/Annual targets
  • Keep records of all Sales Activities and produce monthly reporting statistics
  • Report on all sales queries and complaints
Store Management
  • Store Visits
  • Manage and ensure stores are stocked correctly with the correct product and quantity
  • Identify opportunities and negotiate more space at store level
  • Ensure product knowledge of best sellers, slow sellers etc
  • Illustrate the correct product mix and display as per plan-o-grams
  • Submit Call reports daily
Experience and Skills
  • +5 years Sales experience FMCG or similar environment
  • +2 years Management experience
  • Diploma / Degree in Sales/ Marketing/Management
  • Computer Literate – Excel Intermediate min
  • Drivers and Own Vehicle
Salary R22 000 + Car Allowance + Petrol + Phone Allowance
