Our client in the Life insurance industry seeks an incumbent Regional Sales Manager which has 5 - 8 years experience in Life insurance industry, has their Regulotory Examination (RE5) ( Not Negotiable)-  advantageous if Regulotory Examination (RE1) is also held and has strong management skills to lead a team - proven experience required .

Qualifications

• Grade 12
• Three-year formal qualification (Advantageous)
• Regulatory examination - RE5 - Compulsory  - RE1 - Preferable

Experience

• 5-8 years’ experience in life insurance Industry
• 4-6 years leadership experience
• Experience in managing dynamic and fast-paced distribution environment
• Experience in leading large teams
• Experience in direct sales

• Have a strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Have strong planning, organizing and time management skills
• Be able to work independently as well as be a team player

Key Performance Areas

• Driving profitable sales volume & service.
• Accountable for maintaining, updating, reporting of the lead management process.
• Monitor cancellations in line with company policy and procedures.
• Manage overall staff engagement and performance.
• Achieve an excellent, consistent customer experience across channels.
• Implement regional and annual sales & service distribution, plans and budgets
• Ensure the daily outcomes aligned to an integrated sales and service distribution channel capability – people, culture, standards and processes.
• Appropriately skilling and adequately resourcing the Sales Agents.
• Ensuring that the client relationships are maintained and developed.
• Collate regional sales information, compile relevant reports to respective stakeholders.
• Monitor & assist in the reduction of branch errors through training, information sharing and mentorship.
• Monitor churn ratios to support growth and productivity and assist consultants where necessary.
