Educational Requirements:
Matric
Good technical understanding
Certificate in sales management
Good communication skills verbally and written in Afrikaans & English
Understanding of the farming community would be an advantage
Valid Drivers License
Able to travel extensively within Mpumalanga and the Eastern Free State.
Training will be give on the product that will include Electro-Fusion Fittings & Tools, PVC Fittings, Mechanical Fittings, Valves, PushFit Fittings, Climate control for Poultry. Various Systems for the controlled supply of portable water etc
Experience advantage as follows:
- To report against set KPI’s
- To prepare sales reports as set up by the Regional Sales Consultant
- To meet sales objectives
- To negotiate and close contracts
- To ensure the correct selection of product for the required application
- To carry out product training to customers and generation of sales growth from existing and new customers specifically in new equipment
- To carry out feasibility studies and the generation of new sales leads and conversion thereof
- To manage and monitor live sales proposals ie Sales Force
- To liaise with sales, operations, and finance on aspects of final order negotiation and hand over to operations
- To create accurate forecasting of future order input
- To ensure company policies adhere too
- To assist any other function that you may be required to do so from time to time.
