SUMMARY:
Lead a team and manage the overall regional sales business unit
POSITION INFO:
Seeking strong, Regional Manager/Sales Manager to lead a team and manage the overall regional sales business unit.
This will include everything from business’s unit profits and loss accountability to the company sales representative and line managers.
Min or 5 years Sales Management experience – management of field sales representatives.
Strong “hunting/cold calling” experience in order to assist the Sales Representative in achieving targets
Desired qualification:
Min Matric exemption
Undergraduate degree or diploma in business, sales or marketing is ideal
Computer literacy
CRM or related platform
Knowledge of the VAS vending industry and its associated dynamics is preferred
Prior commercial exposure to VAS and/or other informal independent retail market trading or supply is preferred
