Regional Manager - Bloemfontein

Duties and Responsibilities

• Align the regional objectives to the national strategic objectives;
• Manage day to day operations of the Region;

• Maintains communication regarding the collective agreement with establishments to promote healthy industrial relations within region;
• Manage external relationship of stakeholders;

• Overall responsibility for ensuring that the registration of new establishments within a region occurs;
  • Host and attend regional and national management meetings;
  • Manage Human resources and ensure development of staff;
  • Manage Performance and conduct appraisals of staff;

• Ensure the collection of returns through the management of regional credit control; and Develop and manage regional budget.

• Ability to build strong effective relationships with all stakeholders, i.e. Parties of the Council, existing clients and potential clients as well as internal stakeholders, i.e. colleagues, management and staff;

Qualifications

• Four (4) year relevant degree or equivalent;
