POSITION INFO:

Qualification & Experience requirements (Essential) Candidates who do not meet the below requirements will not be considered.

Must be a qualified Diesel Technician (passed both theory and practical)
NQF Level 6 – (360 credits – 8 level framework) or NTC 6
Code EC Driver’s license and PRDP (Public Road Driving Permit)
Minimum of 6 years post trade qualification experience
HQS Diagnostic Technician Qualification will be an advantage.
Technical experience on Trucks
Computer Literacy (MS Office)

Further Experience in the Key Performance Areas is a must:

·      Dealer Development
-             Give guidance to dealers in service department to areas of under-performance.
·      Service Campaigns
-       To give guidance and to develop dealers in achieving the set campaign objectives.
·      Customer Experience Management
-         Assist dealers in achieving a high standard in customer experience.

Technical Liaison

- To give feedback to the Technical Liaison Manager on technical problems in the field

Hino Quality Service

-         Assist dealers to achieve the set Hino Quality Service standard
·         Vehicle Off Road (VOR)
-       Assist dealers in repairing of trucks in order to get the truck back on the road.

EE requirements are strictly African Male or African Female, we will also consider Coloured Male / Coloured Female as part of the EE requirement.

The salary package per month is as follows:
Basic TBC
Motor allowance R9219.00
9,5% co contribution towards Provident/Pension fund
50% contribution towards medical aid up to max of R6 370.00
Fuel Capped at R4300
13th cheque
