Regional Manager - Phillipi, Cape Town, R50 000 pm CTC - Permanent

POSITION INFO:

Your stable and successful track record in the security sector is required by this market leader in the industry! Reporting to the Regional Executive you will be expected to ensure the efficient day to day running and management of the region. Minimum Requirements: ï‚· Matric/Grade 12 ï‚· PSIRA (SOB) Grade B (min) registration and accreditation ï‚· At least 5 years’ experience in Security Operations at a very Senior / Executive level, with management experience ï‚· Experience in budget development and management ï‚· Experience in sales and marketing advantageous ï‚· Knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management and the implementation process thereof ï‚· A valid unendorsed driving license and own transport are essential. ï‚· Clear criminal record & no pending cases ï‚· Positive reference checks from previous employers or other sources. Key areas of responsibility will include: ï‚· Management of Area Managers and ensuring that all personnel matters are dealt with ï‚· Ensuring that due process is followed regarding the submission of quotations for purchases or repairs ï‚· Ensuring that all operations comply with the standards and procedures required by the ISO quality management system ï‚· Submission of monthly and quarterly reports as required by Management ï‚· Oversee the operational wellbeing and Management of the branch. ï‚· Responsible for all Company Assets (vehicles, radios, computers, firearms, ammo etc.) ï‚· Ensure that all Clients are visited regularly by Area Managers/Operations Managers by scrutinizing monthly Security Reports. ï‚· Responsible for all expenditure at Branch level (repairs, fuel, telephone, stationary, radio’s, etc.) ï‚· Responsible for all Financial Management and Budgets at Branch level. ï‚· Responsible for new business at Branch level. ï‚· Responsible for all HR and IR relations at Branch Level. ï‚· Ensure that all clients are visited as per SLA Agreements. Attend meetings with Clients ï‚· Ensure that all National Contracts are serviced according to Service Level Agreements and that monthly reports are completed and submitted timeously. ï‚· Ensure that HQ support structures are complying with the requirements from branches i.e. Wages, Pay Queries etc. ï‚· Do regular performance evaluations with Operations Management. ï‚· Develop staff / succession planning. ï‚· Ensure that GOOD GOVERNANCE is upheld at all times. ï‚· Responsible for staff, duty rosters and training ï‚· Evaluate staff on performance regularly – KPI’s To apply please email your updated MS Word CV, all supporting documentation, copy of ID, head & shoulders photo and recent contactable references to cvs4--------Please upload your CV here-------- asap.
