SUMMARY:
Interwaste Pty (ltd) is looking for a Regional Manager for its North West SIte.

POSITION INFO:

Responsible for planning, controlling and directing the operations of a Depot. Ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organisational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies. Implement policies and procedures to maximise output.

OPERATIONS

Responsible for successfully implementing new projects on site
Responsible for optimal operations of assigned facilities.
Responsible for ensuring that all handled products / wastes are compliant with all regulations.
Overseeing and maintaining waste acceptance and processing procedures.
Dealing with both internal and external vendors and suppliers.
Ensuring all activities are in line with internal and external client requirements
Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes
Review environmental audits for facilities, such as storage, handling and transportation
Ensure process control through laboratory operations and personnel.
Implement and maintain SHEQ directives and regulations on site.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

Lead the effective management of the functional areas to maximize financial performance while upholding quality.
Compile, forecast and control annual facilities budgets.
Actively manage finances, budgets and related accounting systems of allocated facilities by ensuring the appropriate financial controls are in place and
