IR / HR MANAGER

National automotive client is looking for a dynamic, well seasoned Regional IR / HR Manager for their world class operation in Port Elizabeth.  The IR / HR Manager will lead all Industrial Relations functions (Disciplinary Actions, CCMA, Retrenchments, Litigations and dismissals);  as well as all HR practices for the company ie Recruitment & Selection, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits and Employee relations.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in IR / HR
• Min 5 years experience in a senior IR/HR management role
• Reporting to directors
• Solid experience with BCEA, DRC, LRA, MIBCO, CCMA, SARS
• Excellent report writing , excel, word and powerpoint skills
• Employment Equity (Responsible for control and management of the EE function)
• Excellent knowledge of labour legislation
