SUMMARY:
HVAC services, Pool Maintenance, Tiling, Grouting

POSITION INFO:

 Regional Equipment Maintenance:

• Part replacement
• Equipment calibration
• Equipment quality control
• Equipment cleanliness
• Ensure Club tech is up-to-date with daily and weekly services and checks
• Ensure club tech admin is up to date and not fraudulent
• General maintenance

Regional Facility Maintenance:

• Painting
• Patching
• Fixing doors & door handles
• Unblocking of drains
• Silicone and finishing work
• Flooring repairs(vinyl, carpet and tiling)
• General maintenance e.g. grouting, minor plumbing, HVAC services, HVAC inspections and fault finding etc.
• Pool maintenance
• Minor in-house projects

Minimum requirement:

Valid South African Drivers License 

Minimum of 3-5 years working experience within the field.
