Regional Buyer Planner/ Replenisher

SUMMARY:
Seeking a highly skilled Regional Buyer and Planner for an accredited manufacturing company.

POSITION INFO:

Experience:

• 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar position within a manufacturing environment.
• Manage and oversee  all supplier pricing schedules, product and supplier information
• Ensure all parameters and policies are adhered to within the inventory planning department regarding changes in supply and demand.
• Liaise with the sales department regarding product forecasting to ensure accurate demand planning.
• Hands-on experience on an ERP system to manage all product, pricing data, bill of material and supplier information.
• Compile and review reports to manage corrective actions as required to minimise risk and result in efficiency and cost saving.
• Optimize the supply chain by accurate forecasting and good understanding with suppliers
• Liaise with all cross functional departments including marketing, procurement and sales to ensure and manage all product life cycles and reduce excess inventory

 Qualifications:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Strategic Supply Chain Management
