Regional Administrator - Short Term Insurance

SUMMARY:
Candidate with strong administrative skills and previous secretarial and/or personal assistance experience in the Financial Services Industry, required to provide administrative, secretarial and logistics support to the Regional Manager and Financial Advisors. Position based in Centurion.

POSITION INFO:

Candidate with strong administrative skills and previous secretarial and/or personal assistance experience in the Financial Services Industry, required to provide administrative, secretarial and logistics support to the Regional Manager and Financial Advisors.  Position based in Centurion.

Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12
• Tertiary qualification in Administration preferred
• Previous administration, secretarial and or personal assistance experience, preferably in the Financial Services Industry required
• Administration or short term insurance qualification highly advantageous
• Understanding of FAIS regulations required
• Excellent verbal and writing communication skills required – English and Afrikaans

Responsibilities:

• Administrative support to Regional Manager and Financial Advisors
• Relationship management with all stakeholders
• Regional office management – expenses, stationery, filing and events
• Diary management and travel arrangements for Regional Manager
• Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
• Electronic and manual record keeping
