SUMMARY:
Our Client is a large, well respected Company, and is looking to employ a Region Sales Manager to work in the Pretoria area

POSITION INFO:

Objective:

The successful Candidate will be responsible for the overall sales function within the Region, and will strategise, implement, and measure activities of the Sales Force to obtain maximum sales volumes.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Minimum standard 10 / Grade 12

Sales & Marketing Diploma / Management Diploma

Experience: Minimum 3-6 years Sales Management Experience in service industry

Other: Code 8 with own vehicle

Duties:

Internal sales training – Sales training on how to sell, and motivation of sales staff.

External sales training – how to identify customer needs.

Product training

Closing of sales

Assist with weekly planning

Using of the sales app

Develop maximum potential volume from all markets for the company’s products and services.

Act within the scope of corporate objectives and policies to accomplish assigned goals.

Interaction and directing of marketing information through to branches and the General Managers.

Monthly & Quarterly Report on Sales / Target List / Confirmed Opportunities / Challenges etc.

Campaigns within region or branch to generate sales.

Monthly sales meeting / regional

One on one meetings with Area Consultants below 50 % YTD

Building relationships with General Managers to assist Area Consultants where urgent installations / challenges are experienced.

Target new potential clients in region

Weekly feedback to RE
