Refrigeration Technician Ref: 2430

SUMMARY:
A well-established FMCG client seeks a competent Refrigeration Technician for their plant in the Western Cape.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:
Relevant trade test
7 years’ experience in ammonia refrigeration plants
Working knowledge of food processing freezers and equipment utilizing refrigeration
5 years’ experience in Freon refrigeration systems, including air conditioning systems (services and installation)
Certified to work in ammonia refrigeration plants
Working knowledge of slurry plants
Strong fault-finding skills - electrical and refrigeration as well as sound knowledge of breakdown repairs
Working knowledge of overhaul of compressors, condensers, pumps, valves and proven skills with root cause analysis
