Refrigeration Manager

SUMMARY:
Amanzimtoti. Opportunity exists with manufacturers in the refrigeration and water chillers industry for Refrigeration Manager who can grow with the company.

POSITION INFO:
Will suit someone with a strong technical background, production knowledge, and refrigeration background who is able to manage a tea. Refrigeration and managerial skills are essential, and a basic understanding of manufacturing is ideal.  
Responsibilities:

• Setting production target
• Previous management experience essential 
• Daily planning
• Electrical and refrigeration trouble shooting
• Managing installations and breakdowns
• Communicating and reporting to the owners of the business
• Stock management
• Skills development and training
• General hands-on refrigeration work

• Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel, and Solidworks (or other 3D software)
• Autodesk 2D experience preferred 
• Valid drivers licence and own transport (must be able to travel to site around the country and across the border from time to time)
