Do you have the ability to motivate others and enforce discipline? Do you have experience in the metal manufacturing industry coupled with 3 years of supervisory experience? Are you ready to join a state of the art metal manufacturing facility in the Western Cape?

My client is a leading supplier of technologically advanced baking, food service and packaging solutions. They currently have a vacancy for a Foreperson to mange their production plant.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ Supervisory experience in the metal industry
Red seal qualification
Technical background with ability to read and understand mechanical engineering drawings
Basic understanding of assembly and tooling
Good numerical skills and ability to calculate numbers
Excellent Business English both verbal and written
