Recruitment consultant

As a recruitment consultant, your duties will include:
-Business development
- Cold calling conversions
- Industry research (prospective clients in your specific industry)
- Sourcing top talent and candidates with scarce skills
- Interviewing candidates
- Attending client meetings


Required experience:
- Degree
- 3-5 years’ sales or recruitment experience
- Ability to liaise at boardroom / high level
- Assertive and persuasive
- Track record of achievement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
