JOB DESCRIPTION:

within the Finance and Engineering space. This opportunity will groom you into being a specialist Recruitment Consultant with a core focus and understanding internally and externally of the niche together with extensive market understanding of it.
As a recruitment consultant your duties would include:

Client acquisition and business development
Meeting revenue targets
Candidate attraction
Growing and maintaining relationships with candidates
Market research
Interviewing candidates
Negotiating fees with clients
Client proposals and presentations
Building up a talent pool of candidates

Requirements:

Degree or NQ6 equivalent experience
3 to 5 years ‘experience within recruitment or sales experience
Target driven environment with extraordinary achievements within the sales field
