POSITION INFO:

As we are seeking for well experienced record-breaking Recruitment/ Sales Consultants that understand what motivates candidates change from their current workplace within the IT industry and well-informed about this analytical fasted paced environment. This will be a great growth opportunity for professions to come and join our experienced and target driven consultants in the prospect of getting new business with both local and international businesses. With a set commission structure over and above your basic salary and great incentive rewards for each month. This is a great opportunity for anyone seeking to showcase their expertise in this tough market with endless hierarchical growth bases on your performance.

Sales targets achieved (placements)

Consistent activity
Select and recruit candidates according to client needs
Repeat business through developing and maintaining healthy client relationships
Develop Candidate and Client database
Demonstrated understanding of the recruitment industry
Demonstrated business acumen through identifying opportunities and growing business
Demonstrated service orientation
Continuous improvement of recruitment practices through self-reflection
General accepted conduct (individual and team)

Requirements:

Degree/ Diploma
2-4 years sales or IT recruitment experience
New business development experience
Target driven persona with a great target track record
