JOB DESCRIPTION:

This opportunity will groom you into being a specialist Recruitment Consultant with a core focus and understanding internally and externally of the niche together with extensive market understanding of the niche.

As a recruitment consultant your duties would include:

Client acquisition and business development
Meeting revenue targets
Candidate attraction
Growing and maintaining relationships with candidates
Market research
Interviewing candidates
Negotiating fees with clients
Client proposals and presentations
Building up a talent pool of candidates

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree
2-4 years’ experience in sales, tutoring or promotions
Go-getter persona
