SUMMARY:
South Africaâs top recruitment company is seeking to expand its horizon with the best and experienced recruiters in the country. This role is a Recruitment Consultant position specializing within the finance industry, to search for the best finance professions in the market and placing them with the biggest companies that need their expertise.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Recruitment Consultant your duties would include:

market for endless growth opportunity with us

Sales targets achieved (placements)

Consistent activity
Select and recruit candidates according to client needs
Repeat business through developing and maintaining healthy client relationships
Develop Candidate and Client database
Demonstrated understanding of the recruitment industry
Demonstrated business acumen through identifying opportunities and growing business
Demonstrated service orientation
Continuous improvement of recruitment practices through self-reflection
General accepted conduct (individual and team)

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma
4-6 years’ experience in Finance Recruitment
Audit experience will be advantageous
Sales driven persona
