SUMMARY:
We are currently recruiting for a well-presented and organised recruitment specialist, who can multitask.

It would be beneficial to you, if you have an existing database to work off from and if you have the ability to procure new business on an ongoing basis.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your role within our company:
  • Source and procure new business 
  • Cold Calling and canvassing for new opportunities
  • Able to multitask and work on strict deadlines
  • Presentable and punctual
  • Must be able to handle a vast amount of admin and sorting of candidates.
  • Able to do Credit and Criminal Checks on candidates in a timeous manner.
  • Post adds on all paid-for job boards and keeps them updated
  • Report daily to management with regards to work completed and your pipeline.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Grade 12 
  • Own vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Clear Credit and Criminal Record are a must
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Must multitask
