Our client who is a fast growing Off-shoring business based in the UK (London) with operating locations currently in 3 countries Romania, South Africa & India serving a client base, mainly in the UK, of small and medium sized business‘s employing between 40 and 400 staff.

POSITION INFO:

Recruitment Sales Account Manager- CBD -Cape Town

Our client who is a fast growing Off-shoring business based in the UK (London) with operating locations currently in 3 countries Romania, South Africa & India serving a client base, mainly in the UK, of small and medium sized business‘s employing between 40 and 400 staff.

The ideal candidate to take ownership of managing the sales pipeline of C-suite client contacts from lead qualification through to contracting.  As well as development of opportunities of early-stage clients to ensure they expand their offshore roles.

You will have the opportunity for significant growth in fast growing international business, investment in sales and account management skills as well as investment in digital marketing know how "right arm" of board director of a high growth company.

Responsibilities

• End to end sales coordination – follow up sales opportunities with client hiring managers and follow through to instruction and coordinate the talent acquisition lead involvement.
• Meetings– Coordinate meetings with UK and European SME company CEOs for director using the leads generated by the lead generator and marketing team.
• Client meeting - attend meetings with Director and manage follow up actions around information provision, proposal development and further meeting follow up
• Qualify opportunities – Further qualify sales opportunities with other client stakeholders and manage relevant talent acquisition lead attendance to close opportunity.
• Sales target – this role will have a specific monthly lead, revenue and clients target.
• Coordinate intelligence provision – in response to client requests oversee provision of salary intelligence from talent acquisition and/ or strategy resource analyst
• Sales pipeline –Manage sales pipeline in CRM and management of sales targets such as meeting completed, deals and revenue.
• Educate prospects on the services that our client provides

Qualification, Skills and Experience:

• Degree educated
• Fluent spoken & written business English
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar outbound sales co-ordination role
• Strong written ability and excellent communication skills in English is essential to create a collaborative atmosphere within the team while achieving key objectives 
• Comfortable engaging with corporate clients at a variety of levels up to and including C-Suite Ability to articulate complex concepts in simple succinct terms
• Sales or account management in English
• 3 years + working in an International company in a commercial capacity
• Experience of working with CRM/ prospect data bases
• A conceptual understanding of information technology and advanced analytics would be useful
• Background in technology sales, HR systems, international exposure and consulting would be very useful.
