SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for an HR Recruitment Officer to join their busy and efficient HR Team.
Utilise your proven recruitment track record
Ability to utilise various online platforms (LinkedIn, Careers24, Pnet)etc will be an advantage
Track progress of recruitment process
Administratively very demanding to ensure accurate information and due to legal requirements
Supporting all departments ensuring recruitment is efficient and timeous
Ensure effective, fair, consistent and proactive recruitment
Assist management with implementing and maintaining succession planning
Ensure new staff are effectively inducted into the Company
Assist managers in drawing up detailed job specifications
Draw up advertisements
Assist Managers with 1st Interviews
Prepare and initiate new contracts of employment
Tracking recruiting stages using necessary documentation
