POSITION INFO:
Purpose
Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.
Minimum Qualifications
Entrance Certificate: Grade 12 (Essential)
Certified Biometric Officer (Essential)
Minimum Experience
Operational 3 years
Bulk Recruitment 1 Year
Manufacturing; FMCG Industry

Roles and Responsibilities include inter alia:
Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
Ensure line managers and applicants receive timely responses to their telephone and email enquiries
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based,etc)
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
Hands-on experience with placement partner recruiting software,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
Source and recruit candidates by using relevant databases
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Completing paperwork for new hires
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Undertake any other duties as reasonably delegated by your line manager
