The position:

The Recruitment Administrator will work closely with the Manager and the recruitment team to provide an efficient recruitment service to the business and to our clients

Responsibilities:

Support recruiters in all administrative activities
Maintain trackers and spreadsheets on a daily basis
Assist with the co-ordination of relevant assessments
Managing feedback to candidates and clients
Coordinating phone, video interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency whilst delivering a first-class candidate experience
Drafting of adverts
Loading adverts on the system
Posting adverts to the relevant job portals and sites
Assist in maintaining our recruitment applicant tracking system ensuring information is up-to-date
Assist with all documentation including offer processing and onboarding and maintaining compliance with internal and external policies.
Ensuring POPIA compliance
Covering for the Manager when required
Performing administrative duties and continuous improvement projects as required to support the wider people team

Requirements:

Matric
Own transport
MS Office proficient
System savvy
Tech savvy
Social media savvy
Updated LinkedIn profile
Ability to multitask
3 years working experience
Strong admin and coordination skills
Ability to start immediately
Lives in the Melkbosstrand area or very close
