The position:

The Recruitment Administrator will work closely with the Manager and the recruitment team to provide an efficient recruitment service to the business and to our clients

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support recruiters in all administrative activities
  • Maintain trackers and spreadsheets on a daily basis
  • Assist with the co-ordination of relevant assessments
  • Managing feedback to candidates and clients
  • Coordinating phone, video interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency whilst delivering a first-class candidate experience
  • Drafting of adverts
  • Loading adverts on the system
  • Posting adverts to the relevant job portals and sites
  • Assist in maintaining our recruitment applicant tracking system ensuring information is up-to-date
  • Assist with all documentation including offer processing and onboarding and maintaining compliance with internal and external policies.
  • Ensuring POPIA compliance
  • Covering for the Manager when required
  • Performing administrative duties and continuous improvement projects as required to support the wider people team

 

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Own transport
  • MS Office proficient
  • System savvy
  • Tech savvy
  • Social media savvy
  • Updated LinkedIn profile
  • Ability to multitask
  • 3 years working experience
  • Strong admin and coordination skills
  • Ability to start immediately
  • Lives in the Melkbosstrand area or very close
