Seeking a Recruitment Manager for our company Business Capital Group. The salary is R10 000 (basic) + 5 - 15% Commision based on targets met. If the salary does not suit you please do not apply.

POSITION INFO:

Business Development is a Requirement

Must have a big network of potential clients

Manage end to the end recruitment process

Must have a good understanding of operations in a Recruitment environment

Must be able to multitask

Management of staff

It is critical for this individual to be very hands-on (type CV''s dependent on workflow and able to communicate at executive level)
