An opportunity is available for a Recruitment Hub Lead - Technical and Mining to be based in Centurion.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Matric or equivalent NQF 4 - 8 to 10 years’ recruitment experience providing a shared service solution to Regional / National Sales Team (TES, Perm, FTCs, etc.)
Proven track record of managing considerable sourcing initiatives for bulk orders / specs especially for hard-to-find scares skills
Project management and resource coordination
Proven recruitment delivery experience covering various industries, this should be specifically focused on technical, engineering and / or mining
Previous experience in management of Recruiters - Demonstrated Commercial / Contract knowledge and a definite understanding of service delivery
Solution driven to improve current processes
Possess a strong financial acumen
Computer literate (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
Good decision-making skills
Performance and objective driven
Deadline driven
Good presentation skills
Ability to communicate and manage resource delivery in line with client intake / ramp up
Proven experience of managing various internal and external stakeholder relationships
Understanding of research tools to ensure optimal and relevant sourcing strategies aligned with specific needs / focus
Placement Partner or relevant system knowledge
Third language
Willingness to work under extreme pressure
Ability to work at fast pace
Ability to manage teams and projects simultaneously

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure the profitability of Recruitment hub
Networking with prospective clients and candidates
Preparing of RFQ’s, tender documentation, profiles / presentations, to secure new business
Assisting Sales Team with pricing, client meetings, presentations, etc.
Assist with Project Management when needed, specifically with bulk recruitment
