Recruitment Coordinator – Pietermaritzburg

R7000 Basic + Commission

6-month Contract only

Requirements:

• Preferred HR Qualification
• Reliable transportation (or living within the PMB area)
• Minimum of 2 years Recruitment experience with contactable references
• driver’s license and own car advantage
• Experience with competency systems (mie etc)
• Advanced computer skills

Duties Overview

• General recruitment functions (Complete Process)
• Cold calling
• Email management
• Competency screening of candidates
• Interviewing
• Referencing checks
• General office duties – answering phones, printing, scanning etc
