Our small and supportive team is expanding, and we are looking for a confident, talented, self-motivated, and ambitious Recruitment Consultant with Business Development experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate would need to have an innovative mind that is always looking for new ways to attract top talent. In addition to conventional recruitment methods, your ability to maximize the use of social media and networking will be paramount.

Our requirements:

Minimum 3 years recruitment experience, preferably within the IT or financial services speciality
Business development experience
Experience with 360-degree recruitment
Minimum qualification: National Senior Certificate (Matric)
Experience in recruiting for roles within either the financial services industry or IT industry.
