This fresh, fast growing, non-ordinary recruitment consultancy needs the extra pair of hands-on deck. Leveraging off networks & word of mouth, you won’t be there twiddling your thumbs

POSITION INFO:

This abnormal crowd is hunting for its next member of the family. Take your previous experience from your normal run-of-the-mill agency, and do something different with your career! We’re in the game for changing lives for the right reason – not for the sake of it! People & their careers come first - but yes, we do want the moola at the end of the day

It’s going to be an all-round recruitment role. Meeting & greeting those candidates for those awesome clients from all over the country (if you’re able to secure international clients – even better). Don’t have enough clients? Have a friendly chat with new ones to get them on board & show them what we’re able to offer & then some.

We’re not bound by professions or industries – so freedom is all yours!

Minimum requirements:

Essential:

• Matric
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• At least 3 years’ experience in the recruitment space
• Sense of humour
• Something different to bring to the table

Competencies & attitudes:

• We’d like you to at least know how MS Office operates
• Recruitment portal experience will be needed
• Ability to work independently, as the team is spread out. That said, we’re a Skype / WhatsApp chat away – we have each other’s backs
• Communication is key
• Entrepreneurial flair, energy and drive

Remuneration & benefits:
