SUMMARY:
MECS wants to grow their team! We're looking for dynamic recruitment consultants capable of running their own desk.

Previous experience within INTERNATIONAL PERMANENT recruitment is essential.

POSITION INFO:
We''re looking for an individual who''s willing to grow and expand on contacts they currently have, and would easily move over. This team the incumbent could be part of source internationally with specific focus on the Middle East.

Basic requirements:
Min 3 - 5 years previous recruitment experience, being able to source business as well as find suitable candidates to close the orders (must have experience of interviewing, setting up appointments etc.)
Must have experience working within a program for ATS and CRM such as Placement Partner or any other program).

Great command of the English language is essential as we deal with international clients.

Previous proof of billings will be requested, we are looking for persons with a strong desire to achieve whilst maintaining good work ethics.

Currently, all staff works remotely with the support of the business for administration/access to portals, and general management structure. Post covid - offices will be in the Gauteng area, so own vehicle for transport to office will be required (company vehicles are available for client visits - should you have the chance to do face/face meetings which are preferred).
